The Department of Management Information Systems in the Fox School of Business at Temple University invites applications for two faculty positions in Management Information Systems beginning September 2008. We expect to hire at the senior Assistant or above level, both positions can be filled with tenure upon appointment or at the untenured level. The positions are subject to final budgetary approval.

We are seeking candidates that have a record of scholarship in premier MIS journals such as Management Information Systems Quarterly (MISQ) and Information Systems Research (ISR). The selected candidate will be considered for a named fellowship. Salary is competitive and commensurate with rank and qualifications.

In the last two years, we achieved 100% placement for all our majors, and good research productivity including publications in MISQ, ISR, Organization Science, Decision Support Systems, and Communications of the ACM. The department through the associated Institute for Business and Information Technology offers excellent industry connections and research opportunities.
