MIS Web Space Application

If you are working on a project that will require web space on the MIS department's web server, please fill out this request form.  You will be contacted by Matthew Dampf to further discuss the project.

  3. You agree to take responsibility for backing up your work, as there is a chance that the server may lose data due to malfunction, experimentation, and security lapses.
